Cancellation Policy
By scheduling an ESA evaluation through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Evaluation Requirement All clients will be evaluated by a licensed mental health professional. ESA letters are only issued upon clinical approval and are not guaranteed. Payment Authorization A temporary hold will be placed on your card at the time of booking. You will only be charged if you are approved and consent to proceed. If not approved, the hold will be released. Most banks return funds within 3–5 business days, but it may take up to 7–10 depending on your financial institution. Rush Processing If you require your ESA letter within 24 hours, a non-refundable $24.99 rush fee will apply. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may forfeit the authorization hold. Confidentiality All information shared during the booking and evaluation process will remain private and protected in compliance with HIPAA standards. No Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled evaluation without notice may not be eligible for future bookings.
